Return Policy

At Glass Paper and Vapor, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, please review our return policy below. By making a purchase from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Damaged or Faulty Items

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. Our policy allows for unused electronic devices to be exchanged if they are defective, as long as the item is in its original, unused condition.

2. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Please note the following exceptions:

All items other than faulty, unused electronics and faulty THC disposables are non-returnable once they leave the store.
THC Disposables: Exchanges are permitted within 3 days of purchase if the product is faulty, unused and in its original packaging, along with the receipt. If you have an account with us and made your purchase through your account, the receipt is not required for an exchange.
Non-returnable items: Products that have been used or opened (other than faulty, unused electronics and THC disposables within the 3-day window) are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for unused, defective electronic devices and defective THC disposables under the conditions mentioned above.
No refunds will be offered for any products.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for other product types once they leave the store.

4. In-Store Pickup for Online Orders

Currently, Glass Paper and Vapor only allows in-store pickup for online orders. This ensures we can maintain our return policy in a manner that is consistent with our business practices.
