Shipping and Payment Information

At Glass Paper and Vapor, we are committed to providing a smooth and convenient shopping experience. Please read below for important details about our shipping, payment methods, and policies.

1. Shipping Information

Currently, Glass Paper and Vapor does not offer shipping services. All purchases made through our website are for in-store pickup only. Once your order is placed online, you will be notified when your items are ready for pickup at our store location.

2. In-Store Pickup

After completing your purchase, you can pick up your order at our physical store. We will prepare your items and notify you once they are ready for pickup. Our store address is:

Please make sure to bring your order confirmation (either printed or digital) for a smooth pickup experience.

3. Payment Information

All payments are processed in-store at the time of pickup. We do not process payments through our website. When you come to collect your order, you can make payment using the following methods:

• Credit and Debit Cards: We accept most major credit and debit cards.
• Cash: Payments can also be made in cash during pickup.
• Mobile/Touchless Payments: We accept mobile payment options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other touchless payment methods for your convenience.

Please note that payment is due at the time of pickup, and no payment will be processed online through our website.

4. Order Processing and Pickup Times

Orders placed online will be processed promptly during our regular business hours. All orders will typically be ready for pickup within 1 hour if placed during business hours. If an order is placed outside of business hours, it will be ready for pickup within the first hour of the next business day.

You will receive a notification when your order is ready to be picked up.

5. Return, Exchange, and Damage Policies

As noted in our Return Policy, all sales are final once items leave the store, except in cases of damaged or faulty products (see Return Policy for details). We will exchange defective, unused electronic devices within their original packaging. Defective THC disposables may also be exchanged within 3 days if unused and with the original packaging.

For any items picked up in-store that are damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately to arrange for an exchange.

6. Lost Orders

Since our current business model only offers in-store pickup, there are no shipping or delivery-related risks. However, if you encounter any issues with your in-store pickup order, please reach out to us immediately so we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
